ECOFITZ is eco-friendly Fitzroy, the sour taste of tangy tomato pizza represents our challenges we faced during the course of our project. We researched and brainstormed to express our experience we had in Fitzroy and it was not a smooth journey. We learned that Fitzroy is working hard towards sustainability through the usage of biodegradable packaging and utensils for their take-away food.
